Love What Matters

Last week Love What Matters contacted me to write a piece on our story. I took bits from several different blog entries so some of it you’ll have read before, but the best way for me to tell our story was to use the words I’d written describing it during my most vulnerable moments, rather than as a rushed synopsis. It is always an emotional process to open myself up to more judgment in the media but my ultimate goal is to create normalcy in the grieving process, and allow others to understand bereaved parents from a new perspective. If you feel called to, I’d love for you to share the article to raise awareness.
